ShahiSoft (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides AI-powered tools, digital products, web development services, consulting, and custom plugins. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled.
Our digital products and AI tools (including OmniscribeAI, DesignToCodeAI, IntelliAgent AI, and 3DBadgeMakerAI) are delivered electronically. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the product, usage status, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Once access has been granted or the product has been used, refunds may not be available unless required by law.
For custom website or plugin development services, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if work has not yet started. Once development has begun or milestones have been delivered, refunds are generally not available.
Any specific refund terms will be outlined in the project agreement or quote.
Consulting and advisory services, including AI integration or automation guidance, are non-refundable once a session has been completed.

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
